Replacement Nails

Choose this option when replacing a nail from a set you have already purchased.Please include:

• Your original order number
• The name of the nail set
• The nail needed, such as right index or left pinky
• The nail size number, if known
• A clear photo of the remaining set or nail being replaced

Replacement availability is not guaranteed. Please contact The Nail Archive before ordering a replacement from a discontinued, one-of-a-kind, or heavily embellished set.

Please contact us before purchasing a replacement nail with detailed artwork or embellishments so availability can be confirmed.

The three-nail option applies to plain nails only. Art nails must be purchased individually. Plain nails may include a solid color or uncomplicated finish such as chrome, cat-eye, glitter, jelly, or matte.

Art nails may include hand-painted details, crystals, charms, dimensional texture, foil, or other embellishments. Exact recreation is not guaranteed. When necessary, coordinating solid color or simplified artwork may be substituted at The Nail Archive’s discretion.
