Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing time.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Tracking & Insurance
All U.S. orders include tracking and insurance.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. The Nail Archive is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs, or other carrier delays. These delays are outside of The Nail Archive’s control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, significantly delayed, or delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact The Nail Archive so we can help determine the appropriate next steps. You may also be asked to contact the carrier or provide information needed for an insurance claim.
International Orders
International delivery times may vary due to customs and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their destination country.
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.
