Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase while also maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our products. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, only press-on nail sets are eligible for return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- The original seal must remain intact
- The full set must be returned (including all included items such as the application kit and packaging)
If the seal is broken or any items are missing, the return will not be accepted.
Return Window
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
- The item does not need to arrive within 7 days
- However, it must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request
After 7 days from delivery, the order is considered accepted and final.
Return Reasons
Returns are accepted for:
- Sizing issues
- Change of mind
- Preference or design dissatisfaction
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Application kits
- Custom nail sets
- Nail glue
- Sizing kits
- Nail essentials or care products
- Any item with a broken seal
- Jewelry, accessories, or gift items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Lost or Misdirected Packages
If your package is lost or misdirected, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
